Global Fellows Trip Registration + Payment

ONLINE REGISTRATION

Thank you for registering online for the 2026 Global Fellows Program in Kenya. This is a secure form, and the information you provide here will be kept private by Water 1st staff who are accompanying travelers to Kenya.

Please have the following ready to complete your registration:

  • Your passport
  • Name, address, phone of person who will be your emergency contact
  • Name, address, phone of your physician
  • The cost of the Program is $2,500 per person. This fee includes emergency medical evacuation insurance.
  • A deposit of $500 per person is required by Friday, April 3, 2026 to secure your spot. The remaining amount is due by May 29, 2026.
  • Students are responsible for their own international airfare, vaccinations, medical insurance, and tourist visas/exit fees.
  • 60 days or more: $250 handling fee plus the non-refundable portion of any cancelled reservation/service
  • 30 days: $500 deposit is non-refundable
  • 12 days or less: 100% of Global Fellows payments are non-refundable

  • Name, address, phone of your physician
PAYMENT INFORMATION
  • The cost of the Program is $2,500 per person. This fee includes emergency medical evacuation insurance
  • A deposit of $500 per person is required by March 29, 2024 to secure your spot. The remaining amount is due by May 31, 2024.
  • Students are responsible for their own international airfare, vaccinations, medical insurance, and tourist visas/exit fees.
TRIP CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
  • 60 days or more: $250 handling fee plus the non-refundable portion of any cancelled reservation/service
  • 30 days: $500 deposit is non-refundable
  • 12 days or less: 100% of Global Fellows payments are non-refundable
