Our Honduras partner, COCEPRADIL, has produced this video for social media, targeting young people who may be out in public and spreading the virus to their family members, espcially elderly parents and grandparents. 75 year old Don Raúl Cantarero of Candelaria, Honduras says this:

“I am an old man, I am 75 years old. I know that after the virus comes, I am the first one that will die, because I have my previous illnesses, since I was 20 years old. I cannot stand the blow. So I beg the young people if you have been out there with a small group, do not get close to an old person or a child because you are going to infect us. And in this way is how I beg all the Honduran people and not only from Honduras but the entire world. The young people should take care, maybe not for themselves, because they have enough spirit to resist that disease, but we the elderly no longer. For example, I tell my children to be very careful to go out, because I and my wife are old and we cannot stand a hit of the virus. And if they want to have us live more days, be careful to not go out.”
