Operations Manager

Title: Operations Manager
Status: Full-time in Seattle, hybrid option with minimum 3 days in office and 2 days working remotely
Summary: This position supports the mission of Water1st by providing administrative and logistical support
Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $66,000-70,000. This will be reviewed at least annually.
Benefits: 20 days of paid time off, increasing by 2 days each year (up to 28 days) and 9 paid holidays; medical, disability insurance and a SIMPLE IRA retirement savings plan with 3% match.
Key Responsibilities:

Donor services
Enter and maintain up-to-date donation and donor contact information
Produce and send accurate and timely receipts for donations
Troubleshoot and assist other staff with donation reports and data as necessary
Be the first point of contact when donors call or email
Assist donors making contributions online

Event support
Assist fundraising staff with special event preparations by ordering supplies, venue research, and running errands
Assist donors and fundraisers with peer-to-peer giving software
Provide day-of event support with set-up, clean-up and assisting donors to participate and make contributions
Apply for and maintain registrations with various state agencies in support of our fundraising efforts
Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for Water1st staff, donors and volunteers

Logistics
Manage staff onboarding
Manage time-keeping, online file storage and other software/systems used by Water1st
Provide ad hoc administrative support for youth and international programs
Order and maintain office supplies and keep office tidy
Manage office vendor contracts for printer and utilities
Support Executive Director during quarterly board meetings

Perform other duties as assigned
