5-Night Stay Luxury Townhouse in Mojacar, Almeria Spain

Mojacar is a white-washed village perched in the foothills of the Sierra Cabrera mountain range on la Costa del Sol in Southern Spain. With history dating back to the Moors, Mojacar rests 200 meters above sea level with sweeping views of the Mediterranean and the surrounding fruit-tree filled valleys. The town’s narrow cobble-stoned streets are flanked with balconies filled with geraniums and bougainvillea. It is an enchanting town that draws visitors from around the world.

La Puntica is a luxury townhouse renovated by a NY-based interior designer. The house is located in the center of town, but far enough away from the main plaza to enjoy a bit of evening peace. Renovated with top of the line finishes, the house boasts Mediterranean and Sierra Cabrera views from the bedrooms, living room, and roof deck. The townhouse has 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with bunk beds), 2 full baths (shower, no tub), fully-equipped kitchen, roof deck. La Puntica is a short walk from restaurants, bars and an excellent grocery store.

If driving, you will park at the bottom of the town and either walk or take an elevator up to the main square where an agent will meet you. It is a 5-minute walk to the house from the main plaza. Five night limit. Start of stay may not begin on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday or Monday. Expires October 9, 2023.
